All questions

Dear HaBaWaBa friends, Waterpolo Development would like to thank all the coaches and managers who took part in HaBaWaBa School Webinar #2 on Wednesday, February 25th. Participation was high and, despite being in its early stages, the project is already proving to be a great success. We would like to remind you that HaBaWaBa School is a program created in collaboration with CR Kids – Erasmus+ Sport Project, the Technical University of Crete, Anemos Cultural and Nautical Club, and Club Aquatico Pescara.

Webinar #2 once again saw the participation of coaches from several different countries, confirming the international nature of the event. The second session was further enriched by the presence of Ratko Rudic, a waterpolo legend and four-time Olympic gold medalist as a coach.

Yiannis Giannouris, international coach and WPD founder/consultant, provided an in-depth look at fundamental training for young athletes in the 7-9 age category.

Please note that all videos and exercise descriptions shown during the one-hour webinar will soon be available on the new, free HaBaWaBa School online platform, which is currently under construction.

NEXT WEBINAR. The HaBaWaBa School Webinar #3 is scheduled on March 25th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CET: the registration form will be online soon.
