On Wednesday, 6 November, Mr Paolo Barelli President of the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN), received a delegation of the Water Polo Development (WPD), composed by Lucio Pisani, Yiannis Giannouris and Cinzia Savi Scarponi. Object of the meeting, has been the 7th edition of HabaWaba International Festival, a Waterpolo’s Festival dedicated to children from 7 to 11 years.
Paolo Barelli, who is also President of the European Swimming Fedaration (LEN), has renewed its appreciation for WPD?s initiative that will take place from 22 to 29 June 2014 at Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine, Italy).
Furthermore the Italian Federation in collaboration with the Regional Federal Committees and WPD will organize series of HabaWaba Regional Tournaments in Italy, contributing to the promotion of Water Polo and all associated social and sport values.
