Great celebrations for Aqavion at the Olympic pool of Bella Italia & EFA Village in Lignano Sabbiadoro: the team from Naples is the new champion of HaBaWaBa PLUS U13. In the final game of the 4th edition the kids coached by Giuseppe Testa were able to defeat Trieste Cocai at the end of a very agonic match: in the end, Aqavion has won 12-7 and celebrated its first success at HaBaWaBa PLUS U13.
Congratulations to them: at the starting line of this edition – the biggest in the history of this competition – there were 51 teams coming from 11 different countries. The bronze medal went to Hungarian Pecsi, who win 13-12 over OSC Budapest in 3rd place final.
The winning teams will be awarded during tonight’s closing ceremony at the Bella Italia & EFA Village Sports Palace, which all the participants in the event will gather. Teams will be awarded by the testimonial of HaBaWaBa PLUS U13 Melania Grego, Olympic gold medalist with the Italian Setterosa at Athens 2004.
